One for the Youngsters

Went to look at a potential Eicr on a Foundry today and found this old Gem, Installed Many moons ago, a nice big old Ellison. Can anyone notice the Naughty and Dangerous Bodge on one of the Breakers, You will need good eyes though.

I just thought it would be nice for a few of the new trainees starting out to see how things were made in the good old Days and built to last.

Just a guess but is K4 is "tied on".

Yeah mate it's a copper bouquet.

Well done Mate, yeah the Company that was scheduled to originally test the site released the k4 Breaker and then couldn't get it back in so Tie wrapped it in position then jumped in his van that was 4 months ago.
I may now have the job of replacing that with something more modern because while it is a thing of beauty it is obselete, but I know of a company that make new breakers for it but I can't imagine the cost.
