Afternoon all!!

Just a short intro message - I have been in C+I (Control and Instrumentation) for many years and underwent multi-skilling for Electrical so have an Industrial bias. More and more I have been asked if I can do 'just' jobs domestically - nothing to alarm yourselves about, only light fittings and sockets - but being self-employed I am aiming to add it to my portfolio. I have got 17th Edition and C+G so have the theory just a bit lacking in the practical side - particularly testing and certificating, normally it's megger it, DOR then put in service and sign the job card!! I have looked at the various organisations and it looks as though ELECSA are edging it in my case to register with. Any opinions willingly received!!

Look forward to many interesting discussions on the Forums.
