Im not in anyway familiar with US wiring but he appears to have cpcs but didnt earth the box either? This is nearly as clever as that video on how to install insulation around cables!

Lots of metal cable clamps though Tel, and no mention of fixing the box to allow access foe maintenance purposes, or are wire nuts MF?
