Opening Line Tips Please

I'm fighting with the shiny suits. They are quicker off the mark than me and by the time I've got the customer on the phone they are so fed up with sales patter I can hardly get them to listen to me. Anyone got a killer first line for the phone to get them to understand I don't have a shiny suit??? I'm getting seriously hacked off with people hanging up on me.

I dont think that will even help, you can be first to them as i have been many times, and they are very keen and happy but want to honour the app's with the other companies, then when i call back a few days later its like a different person on the phone! Shiney suits will ruin it either way!

Is anyone else competing against 6 installers to get jobs - it's doing me head in. They tell you they want the cheapest price then they buy something more expensive Grrr.

I've been buying some from Solar Guide. Last few have been okay.

Business is business I guess that fact that the rogues do it, so as long as your not chasing your tail then it might be a way to survive.

I've never bought a lead but one of my friends is getting at least one pv job a week from them, so I might give it a try.
