Opinion on self made trunking

I am covering a mess of conduit to get the CU out of a barthroom, all will be covered with plywood and silicon sealed, can't fit 90o bends in would be to difficult to pull conductors after anyway. Any thoughts main supply and a number of circuits are in conduit

That's where the CU was! It's a barthroom now. And there is a wall getting built to separate.

Think it will need to be accessible, 2 more bends might make it hard to pull new tails the day it needs doing

What's inside the plywood? Flexible conduit would probably do the trick. Unsheathed conductors, probably not so good.... what do the Elsäk-FS say about plywood as containment for singles?

Its quite had to make out as it seams it would be fine in plastic non fire retardent trucking! if all free conductors where to be housed in conduit flex and rigid mix but it still the bends that come out the wall which make it hard!
