HI all,

finchy was helping me with another post in the main forum, wondering if it was worth using solar Edge optimisers on a 3.5Kw system sub 6k, its low cus its a friend.

Was wondering the best place to source them and do they work with ET 250 panels

cheers
Grand

We last got ours from Swithenbanks - £37 each now according to their website. Presumably you have 14 panels so that's £518. Also need some bolts to attach optimisers to rails.
You'll also need a Solar Edge Inverter 3500W @ £677.

In other words, you're looking at £1200. Should work with ET Solar. There's a design tool to download and play with on the Solar Edge website.
