Hi guys,

A bit of guidance needed please, I'm looking to get back into the electrical trade after about 4 years out, I gained my 17th back in 2008ish when I was a mate for a firm for about 7 yrs on/off.
Ive been in touch with with my 2 nearest colleges (I'm in Carlisle, Cumbria) about night school, because I work full time, kids, etc. But they are not offering a evening study option. My current employer will not allow me 1 day off to go during the day as it is not in their interest.

Should I go down the 2365 distance learning route then do my nvq once I have a job in the trade?

Any ideas peeps?

Thanks in advance.

With your current work/family life and an employer not budging (can't really blame them if your not in the electrical game atm)

Then thats about the best option you've got.
