James-

Hey guys. Got my 2394 and 2395 exams in a few weeks and just trying to get some extra revision time in while on my breaks on site.

There was someone selling copies off all the above plus many more for about a fiver on ebay up untill a few weeks ago but I was quite happy with just reading in the evenings. Now its getting closer to the exam date the nerves are kicking in slightly although I'm sure all will be well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Cheers James

The only official electronic versions are from the IET at a significant cost.
Other versions could well be inaccurate or difficult to read and would be breaking copyright, but it is your choice.
2394 and 2395 are based on GN3 in the main so taking that with you to revise with should not be too onerous.

Do not worry too much, just make sure you know the correct information and do your best at the time, good luck.

the digital versions are not that badly priced

there are bundles that are cheaper than buying seperatly.

have a look at joining the iet for the member discount.

I did while I was at college and it was cheap, I haven't renewed because it was like ÂŁ60+ if I remember right

I assume that would be ÂŁ60 is for membership then ÂŁ15-20 per book and probably much more for a regs book

nope if you register as a student which you are as you are getting it for a college course ito only around ÂŁ20 or so for the year.

I think I paid around ÂŁ60 for bs7671 and onsite guide.

(im not getting a paperback till yellow book, thats when apprenticeship will have ended)

a paperback is much easier to read and revise from than the digital version.

its much quicker to flick through the pages and find what you need because it references throughout the book to other sections

(the onsite is around ÂŁ15 same as gn3)
