my new osg turned up this morning from amazon so i guess its out now for all those who have been asking for a release date

If anyone has trouble obtaining the OSG, I have always gone direct to the IEE and never had a problem with obtaining their publications via their website.On-Site Guide (BS 7671:2008 Wiring Regulations, 17th Edition) - The IET
