Just after you views really..

Got a customer who wants power to a brick garden out house, (no extrenious parts). He doesnt want me going back to the board manily because of the mess and expense, so he would like me to come off the downstairs RFC, which is RCD protected..

he plans to have just a couple of sockets and a light in the outhouse building then a couple of lights put along the decked pathway..

Just wondered you exact methods on how you would go about this.

I could fuse down off the ring then into outhouse, 20a DP switch for isolation then carry onto sockets then feed lights..

or

If i had a small CU in the outhouse fed from the ring this just wants a main switch then MCB's right?. as it will be RCD protected by the RFC in the house.. ( i understand its bad practice to have 2 RCD's inline)

(ps.. PME supply)
