hey anybody know why top part of my outlet dont have power but bottom

half works fine. also there is no switch that controls or has any effect to this outlet maybe just not wired , any help

Sounds like you need an electrician. What country are you in? We have members in south Africa, Canada, Cyprus, Spain, Ireland, middle east and the isle of man. Post up your location and one of us may be near you

I've just read his other post and you could be correct. His English is much better in that one.

On this question the way he says "top and bottom outlets" makes me think of two pin db sockets like you get abroad.

Regardless of where you are from please get an electrian in to test and connect, play it safe if you don't know what your doing.
