Due to the location of the Hob and Oven they are some distance apart so there are two isolators fed from the same feed so each items has an isolator within two meters as per regs - is it OK for these to be fed off the same feed ?

I don't see any issues in practice I am just not clear about the regulations in these cases ?

thanks

Sound like a very badly designed kitchen to me!! No real issues, (providing all cable calculations comply etc), but what's the connection like where the 2 X 6mm cables come together at the first isolator switch?? Hope it has a deep back box? ...lol!!

but providing the loading of the 2 appliances does not exceed the rating of the cable feeding from CU, then it's OK. hust make sure all connections are sound.

The downside to what you are suggesting is that somebody may come along and change one of the appliances thinking each is on its own supply.

A separate supply for each is best practice

thanks for all the feedback.

It sounds like two feeds is best but would need changing the consumer unit and given the age of the installations I can see that opening a can of worms, I do not think there would be an issue with ratings with the units

I have not taken the tiles etc off yet so it will depend on what I find when I can get to the isolators to see exactly what is there

True. Although I'd hazard a guess that things like woodworm treatment are probably chemically quite similar? Don't know.
