Over rated transformer

A 150w transformer, supplying two 20w Halogen lights, is obviously over rated. Am I right in thinking it's not likely to pose a danger to anyone?

No it wont pose a danger but might provide a voltage in excess of 11.9 volts to the lamps depending on type of transformer
