A two storey extension has been built to side of a property. The supply is overhead lines which are clipped to the existing building with clamps on the ends from which the tails run to the meter.
The problem is these cables are now going to be above the ceiling of the ground floor extension (if left where they are).
I've told the occupier to speak to DNO as I'm unsure but believe that these cables and joints need to be accessable and not beneath a tiled first floor level.
I think I've done the right thing.
Any opinions ?
Thanks
