can a tt system be turned in to a pme (tncs) system?

Yes if the supply authority test it and confirm its been upgraded to pme,you are not allowed to change it yourself, i think a lot more tts are being changed over to pme.they should not charge for the privilage of doing this.

Sometimes.

If there are two drop cables then no.

If its a single drop to the house then its possible that its available.

If so, phone the DNO for a PME enquiry.

Good luck when calling them,most operators dont have a clue what your on about,leave you on phone for ages.

DNO here (western power) charge £97 for the privilage!
