With HIPs now scrapped, how would the the LABC ever find out if notifiable electrical work has been undertaken in a house without notifying them, unless something went totally wrong i.e. an electrical fire perhaps?
Not that i have to worry about my sound installations causing a fire of course!;)

Insurance companies will probably take over and not pay out on claims but even if LABC did find out they dont seem to care Ive never heard of anyone being done by them.
