Part P, level of experiance?

Couldn't help thinking about this today.....a five day part P course?????......given that the end result will be a pointless,useless 'qualification'...and you can read the part p document online for free.....and the document is self explanatory???......Are these courses just a scam?..How the hell do you make a straightforward document take up 5 days??
Am I missing something here?

Yes mate, ....It's just another exercise in money making!!!! It seems that these days electricians are near or at the top of the list of ''Cash Cows''!!!
