Hi lads,

My Part P assesment is next week and they are asking for a Risk Assesment Procedure and a Complaints Procedure.

The complaints procedure seems bit pointless to me as i would of thought it was obvious how to complain. As for the risk assesment im not sure what they mean by procedure is it as simple as me going to site and assesing the risks or do they mean something different.

Thanks

who is assessing you? ELECSA send you out sample risk assesment forms and complaint regesters that you can simply put your company details on.
Otherwise check the HSE website, they have loads of info on risk assessments n stuff.

Yes its ELECSA i will contact them and see if they can send me that info.

Cheers

They usually send it with your introduction pack when your assessment date comes through. You get all sorts of things, the part P document etc
