How much does elecsa cost to join a yr?

Their website appears to be going a bit slow ATM:

With your application, we will require you to submit a cheque or debit/credit card payment for the first year’s registration and the on-site assessment. This is £390 + VAT (Total £458.25). If you choose to apply online, the cost for joining is only £370 + VAT.
