Can you do landlord certificates under part p. Would be very helpful if someone could let me no.

Do you meen a PIR. I dont think you need to notify building control when doing this as your not altering or adding anything to the system. I could be wrong but Im sure if I am someone will let me know.

Hello and welcome. You dont have to notify LABC for a PIR so just test away and fill out your forms.

It is worthwhile having proffesional indemnity insurance just incase anything comes back to bite you at a later date

scheme providers require you to hold pi insurnce to carry out pir, personaly ive never had it
