Past date to get the cheap rate bank loans?

As the title says... Am i too late to get a loan for business expenses? The ones that were low rate and 0% for 6 months or was it a year?
I've got the chance of privately buying a VW transporter van.... bigger than the berlingo ive got.
Obviously id need to buy the vw first, then try to sell my little van. (only had it 6 months)

They seems to recommend applying with your current bank first.
It's 12 months no interest and 2.5% after

It’s 25500 miles, WBAV offered £7500, but they’ll find a reason to drop that down.
