PAT Testing as a bussiness

I am thinking of starting my own PAT testing business in the new year.
Has anyone had any experience of starting a Pat testing business?
How hard is it to make a reasonable wage in this field? I don't mine working long hours/weekends.

This is another topic that's been done to death lately!

You'll be lucky to make a full time business out of PAT testing alone, to be honest. Not so much time, as device rates, and the fact that testing is boring as hell.
