what is radio frequency test for microwave and how to do it? I would love to hear from you guys.

You can buy one of these:-

Microwave leakage tester

Stick a cup of water in the microwave, then run the tester slowly around the edge. If it beeps a lot, then the microwave is leaking. Obviously, there's slightly more to it than that, but that's the basics of it. You get instructions with the tester, it's fairly easy to use.

One point worth mentioning - the 3rd edition of the IET CoP included microwave leakage testing - in other words if you PAT Tested a microwave you had to check it for leakage too - but they've taken it out of the 4th edition. Most PAT Test companies still do the test though - if you charge £5 per microwave, you'll soon pay for the tester!
