Looking for some advice on the above as having trouble getting testers to download to an SSS file using this!

We are using primetest 350 and downloading at recommended baud of 57600 via lead connection.

On doing this we get an error on pc saying that tester is not set to download in SSS format, or an exception error on pc. Errors are inconsistent and it seems to be the same on XP or a Win7 machine.

Any help appreciated!

Just for future reference, the fault I have has been identified as a software bug by Seawward!
In fairness to them, they are working to resolve it and are confident of a solution for me!
