Hi guys and girls

what is the average charge for a periodic inspection report for a 3 bed room bungalow and whats the average time to complete visuals and testing

half hour per circuit all in paper work etc as a guide

It depends on where you are and if you have a bently on the drive!

4-5 circuits was thinking between £130-£150 including paper work does that sound right ??

For me for average 3 bed property takes about half a day, just charge what you would for your time ie what are u willing to work for half a days work incl expenses.
