Hi what pets have you got? anything unusual? i've got a pet emu, and two cats

hi, i used to have a large fish tank with loads of fish, 4 turtles, a couple of crabs and a nasty lobster/crayfish called tony the prawn. way more entertaining than tv!

They are big enough and ugly enough and they cost money to keep when they can earn it them selves

Can you ride on emu's or is that ostriches ? Does it lay eggs and can you eat them ?

It roams my garden with the ducks, its still only a baby at the moment but very tame, i think its only ostriches that can be ridden i don't think emu's grow big enough, it'll probably end up on the farm when its older(not to be eaten just to look pretty) as for the eggs, i'm not sure all i know is they're green
