one of my PH is seeing flat TE hanging out on outside walls ready to recieve new wall lights

normally left far to long and with no protection from the weather thought that the cable should be round to match the gland and be suitable for the temp range but old habits die hard:32:

When you go to change the face plate of a 13a socket...... and the cables behind are about 1" long... and this is the same time you usually find no cpc sleeving or grommet
