TT System = 34.97ohms

PFC = 230/34.97 = 0.006kA??? is this right?

Max allowable EFLI for 30mA RCD according to Regs 1667 ohms.

If your looking at fault ratings of circuit breakers, you need to check your prospective short circuit current, which will be MUCH larger in this case.

The PFC for a TT installation will undoubtedly be the PSCC value as the PEFC (what you have there) is always much lower due to the high resistance of the earth path.
