Phase converter calculations

I have been asked to look at a job in a butchers, they are planning to buy a new machine which requires three phase which they haven't got. I sugested a phase converter which im not too familiar with, and im sure they pull more power to componsate the other two line conductors and power the machine. All im after is a calculation to work out the load on the circuit
