Hi Folks,Any of you good people had any dealings with one of these systems? It's an old system in a large office type building. I know these are outdated now but been asked to have a look. Working fine until very recently. We have very little information on the system. Can't say sorry we're not interested to customer unfortunately, have to go through the process of checking it out, as the building it's in is part of the very large establishment I work on.Have done a few basic checks but so far drawn a blank. Any info/pointers from anyone with knowledge or experience of these systems would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance, Chris.

Hi Hellmouth, the setup consists of an intergrated power supply that drops 230v to 36vDC, a motherboard & 9 line cards each controlling several handsets. We've got the 36v at call points with no handset connected which is as it should be and between 22v & 9.5v at various other points, which from little info that we have is also about right. The problem is that the handsets are showing a permanent red light which should only be showing during a call, so it's as if the system is permanently engaged. Even with all the line cards pulled out of there respective slots & the motherboard out, we still get the red light showing on handsets, so we're unable to make receive calls. We've connected handsets directly to the DB for the out going lines to eliminate all possible wiring problems but still no good. Are you familiar with this particular system?Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris.
