Photocell and decking lights

Does anyone know of any issues with fitting a photocell to supple LED decking lights ? Also can anyone recommend a make of LED decking lights?
Local wholesaler didnt have any in to check out.

not used a photocell to supply them but can recommend the robus ones not the cheapest but certainly last longer than some of the cheaper ones out there

The only recommendation I can make is steer clear of anything that comes in a "sheds" packaging. But you know that!!

And if your fitting decking lights outside, make sure mice can't get to the cables.
Not an easy task with decking lights, but it needs to be done

i,m not sure about photocells, but i have installed several jobs with LED lighting run off PIRs with no issues.

The reason I ask is I have fitted a couple of led floods in photocells and they seem to work fine, just wondering if I'm missing something
