A friend of mine rang me up telling me he tryed to wire a photocell to an outside wall light and the mcb tripped. He said after it triped he fliped the mcb back on and this time it stayed on but the light didnt --- on at all. its obv he wired it up wrong which im going to have a look at it. i was wondering if it will need a new photocell as the fault may of damged the photocell? p.s. so i know if i should buy one in advance

I was going to ask if you were doing his garden as well with the bulb comment, but since I know a few sparks that call them bulbs instead of lamps I'd thought I'd let you off.
