Hi All

just finished a afew houses on a social development and have to produce a manual for both Electrical and Photovoltaics

Basicaly im leaving for the owner is;

• Schematic
• Inverter Manual
• Module Datasheet

If there is anything else needed to leave for owner at hand over stage can you please let me know?

just getting the manuals ready now, no DNO supply into propertys yet so cant commission yet but what would i need to give to owner?

Yes they need lots more, when you got your MCS presumably you presumably showed them your handover pack....

When you say the 'owner' do you mean the tenant or the landlord?

User Instructions, ICE instructions, etc.

There are usually 16-20 different documents that go into our handover packs.

The landlord will need all sorts of details different from the tenant.
