Pir for 12v led plinth lightd

Hi there from a newbe a friend has asked me to fit plinth lights to his stair case which are 12v led warm white fitting the lights wasn't a problem the problem is I can't find a pir to switch them the transformer/driver is the three pin type what makes it worse is he wants two pir's one top one bottom of stair's iv used the ones from Screwfix and a1 nether worked on low voltage led any input would be great thanks scott.

Use any pir, supplied by mains voltage to switch either primary or secondary side of driver, on the pir`s voltage free contacts......if two are needed parallel the contacts..
