Hi guys, getting a little confused with the way i should fill out the certs for a PIR on a office block.

What i have is as follows.

3 Phase head supplying 4 isolators and 1 3P DB

Off the first isolator i have 1 DB
Off the second isolator i have 1 DB
Off the third isolator i have 3 DB's
Off the fourth isolator i have 1 DB

When filling out the certs do I do 1 Certificate for the characteristics and the 7 attached schedules of test results for each board

and the 1 Certificate for the 3 phase DB

or

Do I do 1 Certificate for each isolator with one schedule for each DB coming from that isolator

and the 1 Certificate for the 3 phase DB

I'm with Napit if it makes a difference.

Many thanks for looking

Thanks for the reply. Where would i record the results for the isolators? On the same sheet as the characteristics of supply? Then only problem i see with that is each board is seen as a sub-main in that case, therefore there is no place to to record of each boards ze and pfc readings, size of tails etc. Or does that not matter because they are not classified as sub-mains?!

Thanks

You could do a schedule of circuit details/test results for 'main isolators' and list each one like that, almost as you would with a section board.

The distribution circuits would then be shown from each isolator, indicated in the 'number of points' column for example isolator 3 would have 3 points.

Then, you do a schedule of circuit details/test results for each DB as normal.

As long as anyone reading your documentation at a later date can see how you've represented the information, you've done what you needed to do.
