PIR or ECIR

Hi all, sorry if this seems a stupid question, can we still do PIR's or because of the 2011 amendment do we have to fill out the new EICR form, or do they not come into effect till January, hope this makes sense, thanks

A PIR is fine until 01-12.

you can use either one up to 31 December then EICR only after this
