Can someone suggest what paperwork should be given to a customer, who has asked for the work outlined on a PIR to be done, on completion?

It would depend on the extent of the work, basically, if you forget about the PIR completely and just treat the remedials as you would any other job ie:

Replace consumer unit = EIC

Like for like accessory swap = MEIWC

Following the issue of the relevant certification for remedials, you could then amend the PIR to reflect the changes and issue a signed 'original' with a 'satisfactory' assessment.

When we do a PIR we issue a 'draft' version to the client first, this can then be amended to 'original' on completion of any remedials.
