Planning - it gets worse

We're helping one of our customers out with planning permission, he's reasonably close to the coast - it's a seaside campsite. Believe it or not he has to pay £60 for a flood report from the Environment Agency even though the panels are being installed onto a 4m high roof - how do you work that one out

usual scam....!!

just like just about every property EVER built in durham has to get a coal mining report from coal authority when you buy / sell....!!

all it tells you is if your house is in a location to a shaft....
