plano radiators

has anybody had experience of the Plano or Deco electric radiators?

I have been requested to install 3 plano in a flat.

they are ultra thin so look great.

They are not cheap but supposed to be economical.

they claim to have a dual heating element but I dont understand if this is a plus

any opinions gratefully recieved
