Has anyone done any training in PLC programming?, im thinking of taking a course at Barnsley College to gain this qualification and was wondering if its likely to open doors career wise...

hi there
it depend i suppose on what you want to do process control, production etc or building services bms etc

if it building the major companies are a real closed shop production

production endless shifts and bms computer terminal for ever
