Hi all, not too sure if this is the right place to post, but at a bit of a loss here! i live in a block if flats, and about half an hour ago, heard a pop sound, and then all the electricity went off. I am on the prepayment meter that is shown below, which is handled by a live in caretaker. He isn't answering his door, due to it being 11pm at night, and I can't find any kind of emergency number anywhere. Just a bit stumped on what to do, as we have a fridge full of a food and my partner works from home, so we're a wee bit buggered!
Thanks in advance

TL;DR
Meter blank, no contact number, caretaker not answering and don't know what to do, its 11pm and we're stumped!
Ops. Sorry for the late reply.
Wonder how you got on?

Looks to me like there’s no power to the meter at all, so emergency credit button won’t work.

If you heard a pop, could it be your main fuse, if you have one in the property…. It might be in a separate room in communal stairs, but more likely in your flat.

There will be an emergency phone number printed on any bills from your electricity supplier, or on their website.

Please keep us updated.

What’s the point of a live-in caretaker if he’s not responding to emergencies?
