Plinth Lights

New kitchen units come with LED plinth lights, 2 sets of 4 with integrated plug transformer. Whilst there is a convenient socket to plug them to I don't want to go grovelling in the back of the cupboard to turn them on. What's the solution? Perhaps a fused switch to un-switched socket?
Also the wall units have lights with transformer but no plug. Same thing or wired to lighting circuit?

you need to get switch wire from switch bank... for best results.. or as you say switched connection unit to plug

In line torpedo switch on the cable going into the driver. Might have a problem if there is ever a warranty issue though.

i would install a feed from the lighting circuit, if its a full referb you could even put a switch for under cab lights and another for the plinth lights
