Anyone dealt with fault finding on a Sumetzberger Pneumatic Tube System?

Having looked at their website I think this may be too much of a specialist job as the units are software based and without access to it fault finding could be difficult unless you like a challenge

Then you could try and contact the manufacturer in Austria and see if they can offer any assistance
