So I'm currently sat on the 07:02 from Brighton to London Blackfriars and for the first time I decided a few weeks back to pre book and splash the cash on a first class ticket! (Only a fiver more than standard when booked in advance so I thought why not ) The best part is that I'm dressed up in me' scruffy work gear as I'm off to visit a site for the day, help a mate out 'n all that so I probably look a bit of a 'dirty tradesman' lol and I'm getting all the dirty looks from the posh twonks in their suits! I'm sat here in a crowded first class carriage and there are people here who have no doubt also paid for their first class ticket but have chosen to stand rather than sit next to a peasant like me hahaha! I've got four seats and a table to myself idiots! I might just seal the deal and put my muddy boots up on the chair in front, that'll get their hair standing on end!

I can't believe how they've let standards slip, it's just not cricket. In the good old days they would have maintained standards of dress and even checked your teeth before seating you in first class. Boots in first class!!! whatever next?

It's our job to lighten these posh people's wallet help them spend thier money and be fair to the vunrable and the elderly. That's what I've been thought by my electrician senior

Its the way to go. Sometimes if the cattle trucks are full up, they sell off first class cheaper than standard fares.
