Post a new thread button missing

Hi

I am trying to put a post in the DIY electrical advice forum section.

I can see a blue button to post a new thread in other forum sections but not in the DIY electrical advice forum section.

I did send a message to the site administrator a week ago, but no answer.

Sorry about the delay. The DIY area is 'opt-in by request' for normal members because we need an understanding from them that no matter what is posted by a DIY'er we don't allow insulting, belittling or abrasive comments.

I assume you are a DIY'er with a question so I've given you access.
