Hi guys,

I'm having a problem in my flat since a few weeks, and no one seems to be able to figure it out.

I have a fuse box in my apartment. One of the circuit is having up to 300, very short "power drop" per day. Enough to see the lights blink, but not enough to power off a TV.
I've unplug everything from that circuit and left the lights open to see if it still happen, and it does, so I do not believe it's a problem with a device I have plugged in, or a lack of power in that circuit.
The fuse stays cool to touch.

Any idea what it could be ? It's driving me insane !

Lights and sockets are indeed on the same circuit.
I've already spent 200$ on two different electrician, and ended up with the same diagnostic: Wait until power goes down for good, then we can do something. How stupid is that ?
