Power One combining daily totals.

Just had a customer inform me that his daily totals are sometimes counting 2 days in the inverter. Is it possible that the inverter isn't shutting down overnight? Has anyone else had this?

It's a 3.6tl installed this time last year...

there are some glitches with that side of things that particularly manifest themselves when it comes to the remote display units on those inverters.

I believe power-one have been working on a fix for the last 6 months, which they say they're releasing in the next week or so - but I've heard that several times before.

Cheers Gav, spoke to P1 today, they will have a fix this side of Xmas they say...

Interestingly we have to do nothing, the customer registers and they liaise directly...

yeah, and then they hear nothing for weeks, then contact you, then you go back to power-one for an update, then they say next few weeks etc...
