Power one communicator

Hi all,

I have a new install but the aurora power one communicator worked for a few hours then wouldn't update. I have rebooted it to no avail. It won't find the inverter even if in the same room. Anyone any ideas.

I think it's a software problem.

Hi all,

My installer sorted the communicator. The radio module just needed re installing and things are sorted.

I'm now trying to link the communicator to my laptop as looking to upload live to PV OUTPUT.

I don't want to bother my installer with it as I don't class it as part of the agreement, hes provided a 1st class install and I know he is gonna be very busy over the next few weeks due to recent bombshell.

I've managed to get my USB drivers after a period of installing, deleting and reinstalling. My laptop recognizes my communicator but the power one software doesn't find the communicators data.

I don't find the latest software update compatible with windows 7 on my laptop.

Any ideas out there?
