Can anyone point me in the direction where I can obtain prices and specification for "Power Posts".
These are the kind of posts that are used in marina/caravan parks to allow for the connection to the mains. The type I am looking for have a RDC socket and a supply meter built in.

Thanks.

Thank you for the update on Power Pedestals. Since beginning this search, it has become a bit more involved.
The current installation is on boat club premises located on the side of a canal. At the moment there are a number of linear mooring place which have access to adjacent shore based electrical supplies. These are 16 amp commando sockets, mounted two to a pedestal. The intention is to fit prepayment meters to each socket. The sockets appear to be "looped" connected (one MCB controls all sockets) fed from a DB in a building near by. That building is then feed from another building in which the mains are installed with cut out and meter.
The earthing arrangement is PME. My understanding of the regulation is PME earthing should not be used with installations in Caravan Parks or Marinas.
The classification of the premises is a bit difficult e.g. It is a private boat club. It is not a boat yard in the traditional sense although the members repair their own boats. It is not really a marina as it is not a commercial operation. But, it does involve boats and water. My confusion is heightened by the fact that within the last month, before the decision to fit individual meters was known, the installation in all the permanent buildings was subjected to inspection by an established certified contractor. In his reports, although he was aware of the boat mooring and their access to electrical supplies, there is no mention of the earthing situation.
My questions are: 1. Am I right about boats and PME earthing? 2: Should the PIR have mentioned the earthing requirements?
