right chaps, just been advised that the brand Site are apparently quite good!! also got told they are makitas is disguise!!

just had a check on the web and sure enough they have a semi makita label....

any body had any proper exposure to them before i maybe buy one!!

Yea they are makita it actually says "site by makita"" on some of the packaging they are good quality and good value not identical to makita but pretty similar

They are like Park (marshall) or Squier (fender) but not guitars or amps. Entry level Makitas, good quality, proably same plans but made in a cheaper factory....

I'm looking for cordless kit at mo, I stumbled across cel uk. looked a bit of an Amstrad but i contacted them direct and they reckon they use the same motors as makita.

still awaiting a response regarding if they are retro motors or current etc.

but they insist they are as good as makita / dewalt.

I have been in contact with the PA of the MD

I am reluctant to part with any money unless I can try first

Half tempted to stick with makita but look at the price and li-ion are comming soon.

no sds though.

Power8Workshop

Any thoughts guys. british company by the way
